Show Dates: September 1st September 30th
Opening Reception: Friday, September 5th, 6 P.M. 9 P.M
The object of this event is to display good quality, low cost art to the public by a variety of artists. The dimensions of each entry MUST add up to 100 inches total. For example 20 x 30, 25 x 25, 10 x 40 are all acceptable dimensions. All work must be WIRED AND READY TO HANG. Please include a title, size, medium, and brief biography with your entry. Please leave contact information for pick up of works not accepted.
Entry fee for submission of 1 to 3 pieces is $25- Entry fee for 3-5 pieces is $35- All entry fees are nonrefundable. The gallery will take a 20% commission on all works sold.
ALL ENTRIES ARE DUE FOR DROP OFF AT THE GALLERY BY AUGUST 25TH
ALL ENTRIES NOT ACCEPTED MUST BE PICKED UP BY AUGUST 29TH
WORKS INCLUDED IN THE SHOW MUST BE PICKED UP BY OCTOBER 3RD.
Pick ups can be made during regular gallery hours:
Tuesday Saturday 11A.M. 6 P.M.
Sunday 12 noon 5 P.M.
IF YOU CANT PICK UP YOUR WORK AT THAT TIME PLEASE SEND SOMEONE IN YOUR PLACE TO DO SO. The gallery will NOT be responsible for works left here following designated pick up times. Due to limited space, there will be a $2.00 per day storage fee for pieces not picked up on time.
